Card Pouch w/Crafting with Dragonflies

This fortnight over at Crafting with Dragonflies we challenge you to create a card box with at least 3 cards.  We are sponsored this time by A

I found this tutorial over at Splitcoast Stampers for a card pouch and knew it was something I wanted to try.  And I got to play with this super cute “H is for Happy Birthday” image from ADFD.  Thanks ADFD!!

Here’s what the pouch looks like closed, I actually made 3 of each of those cards and stuck them inside the pockets, but I wanted to show you what it looked like altogether.  The cards were REALLY simple, which is exactly how I wanted them to be.

And this is what the pouch looks like when it’s open, holding the cards inside.  I haven’t quite figured out the envelopes but I will probably just stick them in a separate baggie.

Hope you can come join us over at Crafting with Dragonflies!  This is something I think I’m going to end up making for Christmas gifts!!

So glad your blog is back up and running, a lot of work to get that straightened out I’m sure. I love the dp’s you’ve used, just the perfect colors for a birthday set. And great choice of ADFD image!

Kelli – don’t know if I had something wrong with your blog address as I couldn’t get it up but have now hopefully got it right.
